Element Logic and Ranpak Form Strategic Partnership

Element Logic and Ranpak Holdings Corp. have entered into a strategic global partnership focused on integrating Ranpak’s sustainable automation solutions for end-of-line packaging into Element Logic’s warehouse solutions.

The partnership strengthens Element Logic’s ability to deliver comprehensive warehouse automation solutions that help customers streamline packing, reduce the amount of packaging material and transported volume, and meet the packaging requirements being phased in under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).

As customer expectations, sustainability requirements, and operational complexity continue to increase, warehouse operators are seeking more integrated automation solutions for the entire fulfillment process. By combining Element Logic’s expertise in warehouse automation, software, and system integration with Ranpak’s specialized expertise in sizing, case erecting, sealing, computer vision, and paper-based product protection, the two companies can create a more cohesive and efficient outbound logistics flow. The partnership builds on the existing collaboration between the companies and enables Element Logic to integrate Ranpak’s packaging automation technology into larger warehouse automation projects. Instead of treating packaging as a standalone process, customers can benefit from solutions where picking, packing, and delivery are designed as an integrated whole.

Ranpak’s automation for final-stage packaging replaces manual box erecting with machines that automatically select, erect, and size each box according to the order. Combined with Element Logic’s expertise in system design, software, and automation, this technology can help customers reduce packaging waste, optimize transport efficiency, and increase capacity and consistency in warehouse operations. The partnership reflects Element Logic’s ambition to continuously expand its solution portfolio and support customers throughout the entire warehouse value chain—from receiving and storage to order fulfillment, packaging, and final delivery.

“At Element Logic, we are constantly developing our portfolio of solutions to help customers optimize warehouse performance from receipt to final delivery,” says Ankush Malhotra, Group CEO at Element Logic, adding:

– The partnership with Ranpak strengthens our packaging offering and enables us to create even greater value through integrated, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

“We are proud to build this partnership with Element Logic and offer a reliable solution that covers final-stage packaging processes while integrating with other key solutions in their implementations,” says Ranpak CEO Omar Asali.
