Instabee Group is focusing on C2C—deliveries between individuals

Instabee Group, the European logistics group behind Instabox, Budbee, and Porterbuddy, is establishing a new strategic business unit with focus on consumer-to-consumer (C2C). This initiative marks the next step in the company’s growth strategy and follows a series of partnerships and integrations with some of Europe’s leading circular commerce platforms, including Tradera, Plick, Vinted, Sellpy, and most recently Marktplaats in the Netherlands.

The new business unit brings together Instabee’s growing C2C operations under a common strategic focus. The goal is to make sending a package between individuals just as easy as shopping from an e-retailer—while enabling the company to use its European logistics network even more efficiently and make circular commerce more accessible to consumers.

– C2C is a natural next step for us. We’re seeing strong growth in circular consumption and peer-to-peer commerce, and through our partnerships, we’ve already built a solid foundation. We are now consolidating our initiatives into a dedicated strategic business unit so we can make long-term investments, accelerate development, and make it even easier for people to buy and sell from one another,” says Joakim Slettengren, Chief Growth Officer at Instabee Group.

Instabee Group currently operates in several European markets and has built one of Europe’s most extensive networks for e-commerce deliveries through its consumer brands Instabox, Budbee, and Porterbuddy. With millions of users and a broad network of package lockers and home delivery services, the company is uniquely positioned to offer flexible delivery solutions—both for e-commerce and peer-to-peer transactions.

The rapidly growing C2C market is driving increased demand for simple, flexible, and secure delivery options. By building on its existing infrastructure and technology platform, Instabee enables more consumers to choose convenient out-of-home deliveries. Existing logistics flows and networks are utilized even more efficiently, while also driving more traffic to the company’s locker partners.

– Our users appreciate us for the simplicity and high quality of the delivery experience. The trust we’ve built up over many years gives us a very strong foundation as we now strengthen our offering for the C2C market. “We want to give consumers the same seamless delivery experience when, for example, they sell children’s clothing or buy home furnishings from one another as they do when shopping from an e-retailer,” says Joakim Slettengren.

The establishment of the new business unit is part of Instabee Group’s long-term strategy to develop the delivery solutions of the future, increase the use of flexible out-of--home deliveries, and strengthen the company’s position as a leading enabler of e-commerce and circular consumption in Europe.
