Lexit Group Acquires Signal Partners Group

Lexit Group announced in a press release that it has acquired Signal Partners Group, a leading Finnish provider of data capture and enterprise mobility solutions. Earlier this year, Lexit acquired the Swedish company Optidev and the Danish company Norris Print-Tech.. As a result, the growing group has sales of 2.5 billion SEK and 450 employees in the Nordic countries and Germany.

In recent years, Lexit Group has pursued an ambitious growth strategy, expanding both geographically and by acquiring complementary expertise. Following its entry into the Finnish market through the acquisition of Informa Oy in 2023, the acquisition of Signal Partners Group (Signal Partners Oy and distributor Kauko Oy) represents another significant step in strengthening Lexit Group’s position in the Finnish market.

Signal Partners Group brings to Lexit Group leading expertise in enterprise mobility, hardware, and EMM solutions, as well as comprehensive deployment and lifecycle management services for demanding work environments. Together, the two companies can offer broader, end-to-end solutions and create even greater customer value in the region.

– The acquisition of Signal Partners Group is another important step in Lexit Group’s continued expansion in Northern Europe. Together, we are building a stronger Nordic platform with a broader offering, deeper expertise, and greater geographic reach. “We look forward to welcoming the Signal Partners team to Lexit Group and continuing this journey together,” said Sjur Skjæveland, Group CEO of Lexit Group, commenting on the latest acquisition.

The acquisition is the latest milestone in Lexit Group’s accelerated growth journey. Through a combination of organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and the integration of complementary businesses, the Group has evolved into a rapidly growing player serving customers throughout Northern Europe.

– Becoming part of the Lexit Group creates a strong platform for the next phase in Signal Partners Group’s development. Our customers will continue to benefit from the expertise, service, and technology partnerships they’ve come to know, while also gaining access to a broader range of offerings, additional specialized expertise, and Lexit Group’s presence across the Nordic region and Europe. We see clear opportunities to create new value for our clients and new career opportunities for our employees, says Teemu Miettinen, CEO, Signal Partners Group
