Ahlsell Signs a New Multi-Year Agreement with Industri-Matematik International (IMI)

Ahlsell, a market-leading distributor of installation products, tools, and supplies, has expanded its partnership and signed a 5-year strategic agreement with Industri-Matematik International (IMI) regarding the provision of services related to IMI’s order management system, IMI AOM, which Ahlsell has used successfully for many years.

Ahlsell, the market leader in the Nordic region, operates in several countries and counts installers, construction companies, property managers, industrial and energy companies, and the public sector among its customers. The agreement includes a consulting and maintenance subscription to enable a more agile way of working and provide the right conditions for continued successful delivery from IMI.

– To continue our journey toward a stronger market position and profitable growth, we need a robust and flexible IT platform for communication and collaboration with our customers, suppliers, and partners. “We are confident that IMI, which has already supported us for many years, will also help us meet our organization’s future needs,” says Claes Seldeby, CEO of Ahlsell Group.

The renewed and expanded trust we have received from Ahlsell means a great deal to IMI and creates the right conditions for us and Ahlsell to become an even stronger team together. We view this new multi-year agreement as confirmation that our consistent efforts to ensure high reliability and adaptability in IMI’ssystems—combined with our customer-focused and flexible organization—is truly appreciated by a market leader like Ahlsell, with its complex and expanding operations. “I am grateful and proud of our skilled and dedicated employees, who ensure that we meet Ahlsell’s current and future needs and that our partnership with Ahlsell continues to deepen,” says Niklas Rönnbäck, CEO of IMI.
