Consafe Logistics Acquires Solid WMS

Consafe Logistics, a leading software company specializing in innovative solutions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), announced in a press release that it is making a strategic acquisition of Solid WMS—a Dutch provider of SaaS–WMS solutions based in Breda, the Netherlands.

The acquisition strengthens Consafe Logistics’ ambition to offer the right solution for a wider range of warehouse and distribution operations, including smaller, fast-paced warehouses that require simplicity, rapid implementation, and clear business value—without the advanced functional depth that Astro WMS offers for more complex workflows. Solid WMS was founded by three experts in logistics and technology and has quickly established itself as an innovative startup with a modern, SaaS-based WMS. The solution is particularly well-suited for manual warehouses with 5 to 30 users in third-party logistics (3PL), retail, and e-commerce.

– We are very pleased to welcome Solid WMS to the Consafe Logistics family. Their product is tailored for efficiency in less complex warehouses and complements our premium solution, Astro WMS, perfectly. Together, we can meet a broader range of customer needs. This isn’t just a product match—it’s also a cultural fit. The team at Solid WMS shares our strong focus on customer value, which is why this partnership feels like the perfect fit,” says Kent Olsson, CEO of Consafe Logistics Group.

Astro WMS will continue to be Consafe Logistics’ flagship solution, specifically tailored for medium-sized and large companies with high demands for advanced functionality, scalability, and integration with automation. With Solid WMS, Consafe Logistics strengthens its offering by providing a modern, SaaS-based alternative for businesses with simpler needs—thereby ensuring that every customer receives the right solution for their operations.

– Becoming part of Consafe Logistics is an exciting step forward for us. We look forward to combining our technology-driven innovation with Consafe Logistics’ extensive market experience to reach new customers and help increase efficiency. “With Consafe Logistics, we’ll have the opportunity to scale up faster and deliver our solutions to more companies,” says Remco Somers, Functional Lead at Solid WMS.

Solid WMS is a startup based in Breda, the Netherlands, that specializes in SaaS-based WMS solutions. The company offers modern, easy-to-implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing ERP and e-commerce systems.
