Idnet Becomes Lexit Group Sweden – A Comprehensive Supply Chain Solution

Idnet has been part of the Lexit Group since 2022, and over the past few years, the collaboration between the companies has developed step by step. Their experiences, work methods, and offerings have gradually converged, leading to the merger of their operations under the Lexit Group Sweden brand.

– For several years, we have been working more and more closely together—both in how we interact with our customers and how we develop our solutions. Bringing everything together under one name makes it easier for our customers to understand the full scope of our offerings and benefit from our combined expertise,” says Petter Lagström, CEO of both Idnet AB and Lexit Group Sweden AB.

Over the years, Idnet has built strong customer relationships and deep expertise in logistics and retail, while Lexit Group Sweden has established a clear strength in production-oriented solutions. By fully merging the organizations, these perspectives are combined—from production and warehousing to logistics and all the way to the point of sale. The result is a more cohesive offering, in line with how modern businesses actually operate. For many companies, the boundaries between different parts of the business have blurred. Systems, data, and workflows must function seamlessly together—not in isolation.

“Our customers no longer want to deal with multiple suppliers at different points in their value chain. They’re looking for a partner who takes responsibility for the big picture and ensures that the systems work together—every day,” says Petter Lagström.

The merger does not mean a fresh start. The same people, relationships, and close collaboration with customers will continue. What is changing is a stronger shared platform, broader expertise, and greater opportunities to support customers in their continued development. As demands for traceability, efficiency, and sustainability continue to rise, control over operational flows becomes crucial.
