Jesper Brandin, Director of Marketing and Sales at Nowaste Logistics.

Jesper Brandin Takes on Expanded Responsibilities

Jesper Brandin will assume the role of sales manager at Nowaste Logistics starting this fall. He will take on sales responsibilities while continuing in his role as marketing and communications manager at Nowaste.

“I’m already familiar with the sales role, as well as the combined role of sales and marketing. “We and the industry are in a very interesting position, and it will be exciting to be a part of it and follow the ongoing developments,” says Jesper Brandin, who started as a forklift operator at Nowaste nearly twenty years ago.

As Sales Manager, Jesper will organize, lead, and drive sales efforts that, in practice, are carried out by internal teams and are characterized by close internal collaboration with, among others, IT, solution design, and the operations organization.

Accelerated growth

Since its founding in 2008, Nowaste Logistics has grown steadily; today, it has annual revenue of nearly 700 Msek and operates 11 terminals in the Helsingborg and Jönköping regions, with additional terminals in the works at the Ramlösa Logistics Park outside Helsingborg. The company has continued to attract new and exciting customers, even beyond Sweden’s borders. A recent example is the sports fashion company Peak Performance, which, with a new omnichannel solution, will reach all stores, e-retailers, and e-commerce customers across EMEA.

“We build sustainably and with a long-term perspective. We’re talking about development that takes both the environment and people into account, and we’re very optimistic about the future, with growth both in existing projects and through new projects that are on the way,” says Jesper, emphasizing that he will continue to focus his sales efforts on medium-sized and large companies where Nowaste can deliver high customer value.

– Our technical resources—including both IT and automation solutions—combined with our skilled staff, can create particular value when it comes to more complex workflows with stringent requirements for delivery precision, speed, and efficiency.
