Mari Låtun Stebekk, New Sales Manager, Integrated Solutions, Swisslog

Swisslog is further strengthening its Nordic sales organization with the hiring of Mari Låtun Stebekk as Sales Manager for Integrated Solutions in Norway.

– Right now, I’m getting to know our organization and all of our products and solutions. Swisslog truly has a completely unique product portfolio. With solutions ranging from conveyor systems to larger integrated automation installations—such as those featuring Tornado miniload cranes, Vectura pallet cranes, and a wide variety of combination solutions where we integrate the best solutions on the market,” says Mari.

She says she is pleasantly surprised by the breadth and depth of Swisslog’s product range. Mari also emphasizes the importance of adopting a supply chain perspective, where the primary focus is on improving customers’ overall profitability, not just on cost savings in the warehouse.

– Our goal is to help customers increase their competitiveness, not merely to deliver solutions that enable more cost-effective warehouse operations. To succeed, we must adopt a supply chain perspective where we contribute to value creation in the form of faster and more accurate deliveries to the customer’s customers—and, not least, simple and efficient returns processing, which is currently a particularly significant challenge for e-commerce.

Mari Låtun Stebekk holds a degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Norwegian Business School. She has extensive experience in logistics optimization and has held leadership positions in various roles within purchasing, sales, marketing, and analytics. Most recently, Mari served as purchasing manager at Hydroscand Norway, where she and her team were responsible for strategic and operational purchasing. Prior to that, Mari worked for seven years in various roles at the consulting firm Norwegian Logistics AS.

– It’s a privilege to work alongside so many talented colleagues at an exciting company in a rapidly growing market. There’s a lot to learn, and I’m incredibly excited about the challenge. Now we’re going to become the undisputed market leader in Norway!
