– All Swedish consumers who shop online regularly use nShift’s “Mina Paket” app to track their orders. “For us, it’s important to reach the end consumer regardless of which carrier delivers the packages. That’s why partnering with nShift and ‘Mina Paket’ is a natural step for us,” says Anders Holm, CCO at iBoxen, regarding the partnership.
iBoxen’s infrastructure of delivery boxes is open to all carriers in the market, and iBoxen is now partnering with the market-leading package tracking app, Mina Paket. All packages to be delivered to iBoxen’s delivery boxes will be easily trackable in the Mina Paket app. Mina Paket has millions of users who track hundreds of thousands of packages daily and is a key part of the Nordic e-commerce ecosystem. Today, end consumers can track packages from more than 20 different carriers. Within a couple of years, iBoxen will ensure that every Swedish household has a delivery box near their home or along their daily route. Starting now, iBoxen will partner with “Mina Paket” to provide information about deliveries destined for iBoxen’s delivery boxes.
“The fact that two carrier-neutral companies can work together to make things even easier for all of us who shop online really feels like a win-win,” says Axel Lindgren, e-commerce expert at nShift.
