Panattoni, a developer of logistics and industrial properties in Europe, has signed an agreement with Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe AB to acquire two properties in Mölnlycke. The properties will enable the development of a state-of-the-art logistics facility of approximately 43,000 m², located near downtown Gothenburg, Landvetter Airport, and the Port of Gothenburg.
The acquisition of the properties in Mölnlycke is Panattoni’s second project in the Gothenburg area, following the 2023 acquisition of a property in Landvetter—Panattoni Park Landvetter—which is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2025.

The project is a so-called brownfield project, which means that there are already older buildings on the property that no longer meet the current requirements of investors and tenants. Panattoni plans to demolish the old buildings and instead construct a new, modern, and high-quality logistics facility. The new building will be equipped to accommodate solar panels on the roof and will be certified to the BREEAM Excellent environmental standard. The property can be customized for between one and six tenants and is designed to meet the logistics needs of the future. Occupancy is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
