Posti Group and the owners of the Veddestagruppen have signed an agreement under which Posti Group will acquire the entire share capital of Veddestagruppen AB. Veddestagruppen is owned by PEQ Invest and members of the company’s management. Upon completion of the transaction, Veddestagruppen will be integrated into Aditro Logistics, Posti Group’s Swedish subsidiary. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The Veddesta Group was founded in 1992 and is a logistics company that provides services in contract logistics, transportation, field services, and staffing in the Stockholm region. In 2020, the company had net sales of approximately 187 million Swedish kronor (18 million euros). The company employs approximately 300 people.

The acquisition of the Veddestagruppen strengthens our ability to offer tailored solutions based on customers’ specific needs and to seamlessly manage the entire logistics chain—while customers can focus on their core business. The Veddesta Group’s current customers will benefit from our technology-driven strategy, in which automation and digitalization are key components. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2022. Upon completion of the transaction, the Veddesta Group will be integrated into Aditro Logistics. The current management of the Veddesta Group will continue to work for the company.
