Weland and BITO Enter into a Partnership

Weland Solutions and BITO Lagersystem have launched a partnership in Sweden, Finland, and Poland. The goal of the partnership is to leverage the synergies that exist in both companies’ operations, including their customer bases. The goal is to collaborate in all shared markets going forward. BITO is an internationally active company that offers solutions for warehouse racking and order picking. Weland develops solutions for warehouse operations and logistics, including pallet racking, warehouse lifts, and other automation solutions.

“Our companies operate in a similar way and serve the same types of customers. Together, we can offer a more comprehensive range of professional warehouse solutions,” says Björn Karlsson, CEO of Weland Solutions.

The solutions offered by both companies are said to work well together; for example, BITO Lagersystems’ AGV solution transports boxes to and from Weland’s vertical storage lifts. Both BITO and Weland are family-owned companies with their own manufacturing facilities.
