Zhipster Hires Mats Fischerström as COO

The TMS company Zhipster continues to grow and is focusing on developing the next generation of transport management systems. As part of this effort, e-commerce and logistics expert Mats Fischerström has been recruited to serve as COO.

‍- We have been following Mats’ work for many years. He has helped set the standard for logistics solutions in Sweden, and we are very pleased that he has now chosen to join us. “With his extensive experience, we’ll have an even stronger foundation to continue developing our TMS and strengthen our position in the market,” says Jan Lundin, CEO of Zhipster.

Mats has more than 25 years of experience in software development, including 17 years in transportation and logistics. He has held key roles at Memnon/Unifaun and later at NShift, where he worked closely with carriers and e-commerce retailers to streamline complex workflows. With Mats as COO, Zhipster aims to build a stronger delivery organization and create better opportunities to scale up its operations.

– I’m incredibly excited to take Zhipster to the next level. What I’ve seen so far from Zhipster’s team and product has deeply impressed me, and I’m looking forward to

Zhipster is developing a cloud-based TMS (Transportation Management System) for e-commerce retailers, 3PL providers, and logistics-intensive companies. The system brings together carriers in a single interface, automates bookings, shipping documents, and invoice matching, consolidates shipments, and offers real-time tracking and a control tower for oversight and efficient workflows.
