The third-party logistics provider Aditro Logistics has completed the acquisition of the packaging specialist Cargo Support Holding C.S.H. AB. The acquisition supports the strategic goals of Aditro Logistics’ owner, Finland’s Posti, and strengthens Aditro Logistics’ growth opportunities in Sweden.
In a press release, Aditro Logistics states that the acquisition strengthens the company’s growth in Sweden and enables it to offer even more comprehensive and customized logistics services to its customers, particularly in the industrial segment.

Cargo Support’s expertise in packaging design and production, combined with its skilled staff, will provide Aditro Logistics with a great opportunity for further growth. Our goal is to offer all logistics services as a one-stop service partner. Now our customers can receive efficient, customized, and high-quality packaging solutions as an integral part of our logistics offering,” says Per Zandrén, CEO of Aditro Logistics and head of Posti’s operations in Sweden.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.
