AutoStore delivers its 600th system

Omåttligt populära AutoStore nådde en milstolpe i och med DSV Solutions beställning av ett antal AutoStore-anläggningar till sin 3PL-verksamhet i nio länder. I och med affären levereras den sexhundrade robotanläggningen från norska AutoStore. Anläggningarna kommer att levereras av Element Logic, som är en av AutoStores partners för försäljning, installation och integration. Enligt Element Logic sålde man det högsta antalet AutoStore-anläggningar i världen under 2020. Totalt sett leder dock Swisslog stort med sina cirka 270 installerade anläggningar över hela världen, det vill säga närmare hälften av det totala antalet installationer. Den första installationen någonsin gjordes däremot av Element Logic 2005. Under senare år har AutoStores snabba tillväxt rönt internationell uppmärksamhet och i början av april investerade japanska Softbank 25 miljarder kronor i AutoStore, vilket innebär att företaget värderades till 65 miljarder kronor. AutoStore har sitt huvudkontor i Nedre Vats i Norge och bedriver även verksamhet i USA, Storbritannien, Tyskland Frankrike, Spanien Italien, Sydkorea och Japan.
