Nikolaj Bjørn Eriksen Appointed Vice President of Scandinavia at Element Logic

A new regional structure is set to accelerate growth and customer value in Scandinavia as Element Logic implements a new organizational structure in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The Scandinavian regional organization is being established to create clearer leadership, faster decision-making processes, and stronger collaboration between Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

In recent years, Element Logic has expanded significantly—from 12 to over 30 markets—and delivered more than 480 automation systems in Europe. The new structure is a step in the Group’s evolution from a leading Nordic player to a global technology company. By uniting Scandinavia into a single region, the company is creating greater customer focus, increased agility, and better conditions for delivering everything from small projects to complex automation solutions. The new Scandinavian region will comprise approximately 170 employees and be led by Nikolaj Bjørn Eriksen, Vice President Scandinavia, together with Anders Bohlin (Sales Director), Andreas Kristensen (Customer Success Director), and Mads Stentoft (Delivery Director).

– We’re not just optimizing warehouse performance; we’re optimizing Element Logic for the next generation of growth. This is about improving how we work, increasing our speed, and giving our teams the tools they need to succeed. We expect to continue growing throughout Scandinavia in 2026,” says Nikolaj Bjørn Eriksen, incoming Vice President of Scandinavia.

Several of the region's leaders are now taking on greater responsibility within the new structure.

“The Scandinavian market is evolving rapidly, and customers are seeking both a high degree of flexibility and strategic guidance. With a unified regional structure, we are even better equipped to meet these needs, and I look forward to building on what we’ve created and contributing to strong growth throughout the region,” says Anders Bohlin, incoming Sales Director for Scandinavia.

Element Logic is a global technology company specializing in intelligent warehouse automation. Since its founding in 1985, the company has grown to more than 950 employees in 30 countries and established itself as the first—and leading—AutoStore partner in the world.
