The logistics real estate company Panattoni has signed a lease agreement with Rexel, which will be the first tenant to move in when Panattoni Park Mölnlycke is completed in the summer of 2026. The property is located near downtown Gothenburg, Landvetter Airport, and the Port of Gothenburg..
Rexel, one of the world’s largest distributors of electrical supplies, will occupy modern and sustainable space totaling 21,000 m² in a building with a total area of 43,000 m².

The property is being developed with the goal of achieving BREEAM Outstanding certification—one of the highest environmental certifications on the market. With this certification, tenants will benefit from lower operating costs, solar-panel-equipped roofs, carefully considered material choices with a focus on reuse, and an aesthetically pleasing facade that harmonizes with the surroundings.

Panattoni’s logistics park will offer flexible and adaptable spaces, with dual loading docks on both the north and south sides, as well as a mezzanine level that accommodates offices and staff facilities. The property is designed to meet future logistics requirements and can be adapted to accommodate between one and six tenants. It features smart material choices and energy-efficient solutions that contribute to both environmentally friendly operations and reduced costs. Occupancy is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
